Back to school!

When children are back to school, that means most of the parents have to take part also. And vice versa, when the children are on holiday, the parents are too! When the school start backs after the long holiday, some of the parents like me, or maybe at least me, feel so busy buying the writing books, note books, practical books, exercise books, arranging transportation going and back to/from school, etcetera. Not to count a week or two weeks before school is opened, we've to prepare for new uniforms, new school bags, new shoes, etcetera. And please multiply the number of children that is still schooling. Ahh tired you know...... But it reflects us to what our dear parents had done to us also one time ago.

This is my second year for me and husband not really hurry going to school on first day, accompany the children as they know well enough what to do; go where and do what. We gave them money for school fee and they paid themselves. I just didn't need to burn my leave for the day anymore. fuhh! Last we accompanied was 2007 when Aqil was in standard 1. So I feel like I don't have kiddy school time for such a long time. We are looking forward to accompany Hannah. Oh, that is such along time away!

And also, during the school terms, I've double weary. Between my works, housechores and school works. Oh, it's a triple weary actually. I'm a career woman, a housewife and a student? How'd one explain that? Trying to be a superwoman again? Nope, I don't want actually. And that is true, the older you are, the merrier the things you have to do. You have to cover all the works from your child time to where you are now. Morning to evening, have to be at office, working like hell (is it?), pleasing your boss. Not to include the disagreement, the arguing and the management stress. At home, have to make sure children adhere to their school works and make sure they understand what they have learned. Not to count, have to remind them again and again; do homework, off TV, eat now or else you'll be late starting your revision, stop playing, and so on. These things add up to our EXTRA weariness as well.

All in all, we should be thankful for this weariness because this means we still have job and kids by our side.

So don't mumble, while children are back-to-school, we go back-to-work AS USUAL. Nothing weird.

Oh, can't wait for school holiday again!
