A quite relieved answer

One fine night, while the boys were on the bed already, prepared for their bedtime.

M: See, if you do your homework properly, focus on the revision, then you can go up to bed early, am I right? You guys want to be clever persons right? (try to tackle the question). You want to go to university?

A1: *nodded* Ammar will study until get PhD.

Wah..where did this boy learn and find word "PhD"?

M: Ok, good, we have to have an aim like that.

Fuhh, at least the answer supersede alleviate my fret and agonize the other day, albeit his statement was still a question mark especially to mommy ;).

The important thing is the kids show interest in education. The rest, we leave it to their effort. I don't want to oblige them too much though PUSH & PULL factor have to take into account.

M: OK, Good nite, recite your dua' before sleeping OK...

A1 & A2: OK, good nite mommy..

And off, mommy went to her bed peacefully.
